Leadership in Chemistry through Innovation and Entrepreneurship
 

Led by Dr. Sandile Mtetwa - Head of Innovation & Applied Research (Rondil Scholars Hub)

A professional development program that equips African chemists (scientists) with entrepreneurship and innovation skills and supports pursuits towards translation of research to real world impact. The program is led by Rondil Scholars Hub Head of Innovation & Applied Research, Dr. Sandile Mtetwa.

Date: February - March 2026

Duration: 6 weeks (3 h weekly commitment)

Location: Virtual

Eligibility: African chemists/scientists

Undergraduate - Professorship

Entry to advanced level entrepreneurship experience

  • Masterclasses (Business and Entrepreneurial Skills, Innovation and Commercialization, Networking and Communication, Science Policy)

  • Resource and venture support (Funding resources, support and grant writing)

  • Peer Network and Collaboration
